Join us at the first Global Affairs Table of Fall 2009! The discussion will focus on Turkey, and will address the following:
How was Turkey affected by the current global financial crisis? The state of Turkey-EU relations. The Kurdish minority in Turkey - what are the prospects for autonomy? New developments in the Turkey-Armenia relationship.
Come an participate in the dialogue which will be hosted by Professor Can Erbil (ECON) and Turkish Wien Scholars Murat Kemahlioglu, Can Karanis, and Can Nahum, all of whom will bring unique local insight to the table.
The event will begin at 12:45 for 1:00 pm in the Levine-Ross room (in upper-Sherman, the Hassenfeld Conference Center
Lunch will be served.
